Pitchfork, but 16-bit.

Overview

An AI-powered music review tracker — scrapes Pitchfork daily, extracts structured reviews with Claude, and serves them in an SNES 16-bit feed with one-tap add to Spotify or Apple Music.

A daily Playwright scraper pulls new reviews, Trafilatura extracts the articles, and Claude turns them into structured data — score, mood, standout tracks — stored in Supabase with album art on its CDN. The front-end is an Expo Router universal app with a hand-built SNES 16-bit component library, and any album in the feed can be added to your Spotify or Apple Music playlist in one tap. Python scraper and Hono API each run in their own Docker container.
